Pandora Mather-Lees contributed a practice note to a publication by The Law Society

Entitled Contentious Trusts, Practice and Precedents, the handbook is written by Barrister Carl Islam and examines the entire subject of contentious trusts for trustees. Pandora’s appendix outlined the considerations for trustees with the responsibility for managing art collections along with some due diligence guidelines.
